I've always been a fan of the Magimix brand at Williams-Sonoma, so when I saw this automatic bread maker from Nova, I was pretty intrigued. It is another compact model (only 10 x 15.5 x 10.5 inches) and it can make up to two-pound gluten-free loaves. This bread maker is not at all like a traditional bread machine, however.
In fact, it looks more like a toaster on the outside. This is partly because it has some pretty impressive features on the inside that you won't find with other bread makers.
On top of displaying the time of each cycle, this bread maker has a digital display that shows you what it is doing in real time.
It has a pause feature, which allows you to count backward from three to 15 minutes and lets it cool down at any time. The delay timer is also pretty nice as it lets you set the time from noon until midnight, so the bread will be ready when you get home after work. You can also set it to start baking at 3 o'clock during the weekend.
The lid is a bit different because it has a viewing window with a view of any process, including the kneading, baking, and cooling. The viewing pane is also clear, so you can also see what's inside and keep an eye on the progress of your bread.
When you're done baking, this bread maker will automatically cool itself for 15 minutes. Then it will all to take it to the dishwasher.
Certainly the best features of this bread maker are unique, but they all help to make things a bit more convenient and easier on you. If you are looking for something to make bread on a regular basis, this machine will do it on its own without you having to do so much work at home. If rice or other grains are in your diet, you can also use this machine for that.
Other great features include a timer and push-button start feature that lights up to show the bake cycle in progress. The "0" and "1" keys let you select your desired setting. It also has a loaf-shaped knob instead of the traditional breadmaker knobs.
The loaf is suitable for anyone searching for a quick and easy way to make two different things at once.
