In today’s article we will be reviewing the Stander Bed Rail Advantage Traveler.
Let’s see if it lives up to the hype.
- Affordable choice for many
- Folding legs design is portable
- Comes with a removable pouch for essentials
- Easy assembly; it can be set up in minutes
- Comes with ergonomic handles
- Not stable
- The mechanism of the bariatric handle doesn’t really work well
It may be perfect for people who want a hassle-free solution and worry-free bed, but I found a few flaws I thought worth mentioning in my review. The first is the width, as it only measures 17 inches. This isn't necessarily a problem as it only affects people who have adjustable and regular beds, not deep-pile beds.
It only attaches to beds with a measurement of 10-16 inches, but it does do an excellent job. The other issue that I have with it is that, while it does fold in nearly half, it will take up a lot of space when stored. Ideally, it would fold in half and fold down flat on the floor, like a trampoline, which makes it much easier to store.
The last concern I have is that it's a little on the pricey side. If you're on a budget and don't want to spend the money, I would opt for the Stander Bed-A-Rails.
