This is a Japanese-style chef's knife that has a 13-degree convex-ground blade made of premium steel.

Whether you are slicing tomatoes, shredding iceberg lettuce for tacos, or cubing ice for a daiquiri, you will enjoy the ease of slicing with this knife.

The 5-inch center-rod helps to balance the weight of the 7.25 inches blade length. The Nakiri hold its edge very well and with the added benefit of having a honbazuke handcrafted 3-step process, you know it will perform for years to come.

I love the hammered tsuchime finish and the 'double bolster' handle makes the hand fit very snugly in the hand. It is extremely well made and will get many years of use out of it.

The Infinity has a high carbon stainless steel blade and a premium black g10 handle. It has an incredible sheath made of 500-denier Cordura material that can be tied to almost anything.
